Banjir Nuzul Al-Quran

Ari Isnin lepas,weols stayed umah my parents di KB cos cuti Nuzul Al-Quran..
Received a call around 8am from caretaker n he gtau my apartment banjir sal ada yg lupa tutup paip..
Hubby rushed off to bandar n i have to stay back jaga Darwish..
Hubby sepent the whole day cleaning my apartmanet..Nasib baik my aunti n cuz ada di bandar ari tu..They helped him out in cleaning the house..

Here are few pics that i wud like to share wif uols..Wat a catastrophy..

Nasib baik ada camera DSLR ni kan..and nasib baik gak hubby ingat masih nak bawak camera tu walau tgh panic..

Banjir tu melimpar sampai keluar umah..Terkena lak lift..And the lift waktu ni out of order..Takut sangat ni if weols have to pay the maintenance cost..That will cost around 5k

This is the entrance of the apartment..Habis basah kuyup my carpet..

I spent around $900 for the door to door carpet last 3 years..

All the rooms habis banjir..Nasib baik tak kena electric outlet..

My lovely leaving room dah abis basah...Nasib baik tak kena sofa..

My sis is staying wif me..Kena jugak..
PS: please ignore sticker yg kat almari tu..Tu lah hasil nurkilan Batrisyia n Darwish..hehehe

Ni my guest room..Cadar basah cos katil2 dlm bilik ni jenis yg rendah..

Ni aktiviti mengikis gam carpet..I really appreciate family my aunti for helping me out..
Moga Tuhan jer yg dapat membalas budi baik dorang ni..Amin...
Yang baju coklat tu is my aunti..Adik my mama...Yang baju ijau muda tgh mop tu is my cuz..Baju ijau tu is my cuz's boifren..

Its been ages since i saw tiles of the apartment..To think of it,its quite a refreshing change...

Ni my other cuz..Tgh mengopek gam carpet..
The next thing i might do is call for a waxing service kot..I hope it wont cost much..

Next few pics are the stripping off of the soaked carpets..

Aktiviti mengemaskan carpet yg dah kering..Nasib baik it was a hot day..Sekejap jer kering carpet..And my carpet mostly tak tebal..Tak minat carpet yg bulu tebal tu..

So this are damages report so far...

95% of carpet is total lost
8 pcs carpet "lawa" still lembab
Sofabed still lembab

Nasib baik i wont be spending raya at my place dis year..cos bibik balik Jakarta and will only be back home on the 1st Oct..I bet she'll be crying and shocked wen she saw all this..

Self Reflection(Muhasabah Diri):

Bende camni mmg dah tersurat utk diri kita masing2..
Sama gak cam ajal...
We dont know wat will happen to us tomorrow..
Ni mungkin pengajaran utk weols sekeluarga..

And ni mungkin doa i yg telah dimakbulkan.
I have been wanting to change the carpet of ny house cos byk area yg dah kotor and wear out
I was even thinking about it the nite before this incident happen..
I found it funny why i was thinking bout changing my carpet the whole day before this thing happen..Its like an instinct jua tu..
Funny but true indeed..
